“Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, especially when you may be used to being the person who performs, pushes through, or figures things out on your own. You might be navigating anxiety, perfectionism, body image, or the pressure to achieve. My goal is to create a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out. You can simply show up as you are, and we can begin to make sense of things together. I believe therapy is a collaborative space where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change. My approach is relational and person-centered, while drawing from somatic and acceptance-based approaches. I believe our experiences live not only in our thoughts, but also in our bodies and the ways we have learned to navigate the world. Because every person brings their own experiences and background to therapy, I use a personalized approach to treatment.
I work with children ages 11 and older, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, eating disorders, OCD, identity work, and life transitions. I have a particular interest in working with athletes and high-achieving individuals who experience performance pressure, perfectionism, burnout, or feel like their worth is tied to their accomplishments. Having spent many years as a competitive athlete, I understand the pressures that can come with sport, and I continue to coach youth soccer in my free time. I am passionate about creating a safe and affirming space for LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent individuals, as well as those navigating chronic illness.
You do not need to know exactly where therapy will take you before you begin. We can start where you are, make space for what you’re experiencing, and work together toward a life that feels more meaningful, connected, and authentic. I would be honored to support you along the way.
