MA, LMHCA
I believe therapy can be a space where healing and laughter coexist. My approach is rooted in narrative, person-centered, mindfulness-based, and existential practices, grounded in a deep respect for each person’s story, context, and lived experience. I work from an anti-carceral lens, meaning I don’t view people as problems to fix, but as whole humans navigating complex systems and experiences.
I value slowing down, creating space for reflection, and helping clients reconnect with themselves, their values, and a sense of meaning and possibility. I bring warmth, curiosity, and humor into the work, aiming to create a space that feels collaborative, human, and supportive of authentic, sustainable change.
