About The Role

  • Provide outpatient therapy to adolescents and adults (or preferred population)
  • Maintain a consistent weekly caseload
  • Complete progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards
  • Collaborate with the ECC team for consultation and clinical support
  • Participate in supervision/consultation meetings as needed

Requirements

  • Active license in Michigan (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LLP, LMFT)
  • Ability to provide ethical, evidence-based care
  • Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
  • Comfortable using an EHR system
  • Reliable availability for a consistent weekly schedule

Clinical Intake Coordinator (Behavioral Health)

On-Site, Metro Detroit, Michigan, United States

ECC is seeking a Clinical Intake Coordinator to support our growing counseling team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, supporting access to care, and ensuring clients feel welcomed and supported from their first interaction.

  • Respond to new client inquiries by phone and email

Licensed Clinical Supervisor (LCSW / LPC)

Hybrid, Metro Detroit, Michigan, United States

ECC is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Supervisor to support clinical quality and provide supervision to therapists working toward full licensure. This is a leadership-focused role for a clinician who values mentorship, professional development, and ethical care standards.

  • Fully licensed in Michigan (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist)
  • Eligible and approved to provide clinical supervision in Michigan

  • Experience with outpatient therapy settings preferred
