Group Therapy at Eastside Counseling Center

At Eastside Counseling Center, our group therapy sessions bring people together in a supportive setting to share and learn from each other’s experiences. We cover a variety of topics, including anxiety, stress, and personal growth.

Led by experienced therapists, our groups offer guidance, connection, and new coping skills for every stage of life. Both in-person and virtual options are available at our Kirkland and Bellevue locations.
