My goal is to embody wisdom, hope, compassion, and respect for everyone, whether they be strangers, friends, family or clients. I enjoy working with teens, adults, couples and families, and I believe in the healing power of relationships: no matter the wounds, if all parties are willing to heal, I will help. In today’s changing environment, we are often disconnected and fragmented; this can be seen and felt on both micro and macro levels, contributing to high levels of stress and anxiety. I am fiercely committed to restoring essential connections in our relationships with one another, our environment and mother earth. One of my primary goals is helping others achieve optimal performance in personal, relational, and professional areas of one’s life. This is accomplished through active engagement and participation from both the clinician and client through practices that will offer multiple perspectives, increase awareness, help develop and sustain higher consciousness, and grow all forms of connection.
Psychotherapy is a journey that illuminates the mind, body and spirit and helps deepen your relationships. I offer a holistic approach that takes into consideration all aspects of your life, personally, physically, emotionally, professionally, and environmentally. In addition to psychotherapy and marriage/family therapy, I am also trained in health psychology, nutrition, personal training and spirituality allowing for me to take a highly integrative approach.
I have an abundant background working with many issues and utilizing treatment options, both traditional and holistic, to better facilitate for a healing the mind body, and soul. I am trained in Integrative and Energy Psychology techniques such as EMDR, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Matrix Reimprinting, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Lifespan Integration, Developmental Psychology, Existential Therapy, Phenomenological Psychology. I am also trained in Biofeedback techniques such as Neurofeedback and HeartMath. My mission is to foster a culture that supports compassion, creativity, diversity, tolerance, grace, justice, and generosity. I am committed to helping you experience freedom from past limiting beliefs and limiting patterns and step into a new timeline of peace and happiness.
