Have you ever felt like you were isolated, depressed, or unworthy? I have, and understand the strength and courage it takes to want to make a change. From a place of compassion, care, and hope I share tools that will serve as resources to get through difficult moments while also celebrating the wins along the way. I believe that through patience, grace, and hope lies the ability for anyone to make a change.
Through my own journey of addiction, depression, and failure I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to help others that struggle with the same. I see my life as an ongoing living testament to God’s grace and power to redeem all that is lost.
I take a holistic, collaborative, and spiritual approach to therapy. I am passionate about working with individuals who struggle with addiction, depression, anxiety, and compulsive behaviors that stems from trauma and stress experienced throughout their life. My hope is to guide you through that trauma in order to find true healing.
