Philosophy of Care

As an Administrative Assistant, I am dedicated to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Eastside Counseling Center.
With a keen eye for organization, a proactive attitude, and extensive administrative support experience, I contribute to the seamless functioning of our office. I blend empathy with a solutions-focused approach to achieve the most constructive results.

Recognizing the value of compassionate care, I address challenges with both sensitivity and effectiveness. My ability to connect with others and truly listen ensures that solutions are not only practical but also considerate of individual needs and circumstances. This balanced approach allows me to deliver impactful and meaningful outcomes, contributing positively to the success of our team and the well-being of those in our care. With a deep commitment to supporting the mental health field, I am always ready to lend a hand and offer assistance where needed.

My deep appreciation for the crucial role mental health plays in overall well-being drives my commitment to providing exceptional support. I am always enthusiastic about leveraging my skills to positively impact the lives of those we serve, bringing dedication and a detail-oriented method to every aspect of my work.

Outside of work, I enjoy immersing myself in a good book and treasure quality time with my two dogs, cat, and partner, whether we're exploring nature or enjoying cozy movie nights at home.

I am committed to working with a diverse range of individuals, honoring the rich variety of backgrounds, identities, and experiences you bring to therapy. Whether you are seeking support through life’s transitions, addressing personal challenges, or pursuing personal growth, I am here to guide and support you on your journey. I want to acknowledge and commend you for taking this important step toward therapy. Opening up about your experiences can be challenging, but by choosing to embark on this journey, you are demonstrating a profound commitment to your own growth and well-being. I am genuinely honored to walk this path with you and am here to support you every step of the way as you work towards a more fulfilling and balanced life.
