Montanna Washburn

HR Director

Philosophy of Care

As an experienced HR professional and auditor, my approach balances strategic insight with a hands-on understanding of people and processes. With years of experience in creating supportive workplace cultures, I’ve developed a passion for helping teams thrive and achieve their full potential.

I believe success is rooted in collaboration, integrity, and a commitment to personal growth. My current studies in employment law further enhance my ability to navigate the complexities of today’s workplace, ensuring I can continue contributing to environments where individuals and teams excel.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring Colorado’s beautiful trails, diving into captivating books, and spending quality time with my husband, son, dog, and cat. My personal and professional lives are guided by the same principles: curiosity, connection, and the drive to make a positive impact.

I am committed to working with a diverse range of individuals, honoring the rich variety of backgrounds, identities, and experiences you bring to therapy. Whether you are seeking support through life’s transitions, addressing personal challenges, or pursuing personal growth, I am here to guide and support you on your journey. I want to acknowledge and commend you for taking this important step toward therapy. Opening up about your experiences can be challenging, but by choosing to embark on this journey, you are demonstrating a profound commitment to your own growth and well-being. I am genuinely honored to walk this path with you and am here to support you every step of the way as you work towards a more fulfilling and balanced life.
