Philosophy of Care

It would be an honor to welcome you to my practice. Here you will find a safe and compassionate space to explore your inner and outer worlds and discover deep meaning and purpose.

Our work together will be collaborative and centered on you. I vow to listen attentively and empathetically, without judgment, to understand the fullness of your experience. I will hold space for your pain and joy. I will stand alongside you, helping to make sense of your life—its limitations and possibilities. We will explore the values that give meaning and purpose to your life. I invite you to engage in this work with openness, honesty, and courage.

Your trust is a great privilege. I will honor it with fully engaged and authentic presence and a commitment to promote your well-being. Together, let’s see the reality of your life clearly and figure out a plan to move forward to richer experience, deeper meaning, truer purpose, and greater freedom and autonomy.
